XEX TOKYO brings you the best of the teppanyaki experience, with the great cuisine of the owner and Chef Saito Genshiro of Mejiro's "Shunko-tei” and many more traditional Japanese specialties supreme ingredients and craftsmanship. Enjoying the great view from the top floor of the Daimaru building, while watching the skilled maneuvers of the chefs preparing the food on an iron griddle and assembling amazing dishes in front of you. The rich cuisine, which consisting of high class Japanese beef steak and freshly cooked ingredients is truly an unique experience.
